As artist and developer we have the mission to grow a project having the capacity to love and serve.

The property has been a family asset for almost 100 years, we are planning it for the next 100.

Our vision is to become a Welcome Center for the City and Region. Every year a couple million people leave and come back to our new neighbor - the Sky Harbor Rental Car Facility. Downtown Phoenix, just a mile and a half in the other direction, is concretely on course to becoming the region's metropolitan hub. We are cradled between Interstates 10 and 17.

We hope to represent food, clothing, media, art, entrepreneurship, education, corporate and small business culture, building services, business services, citizenship and faith. In short, a representation and experience of life.

We are actively in the planning stages of a coffee bar, full service diner, music/entertainment/performance art venue, drive in theater, salvage furniture store, t-shirt shop, indoor/outdoor meeting space, phased hotel.

We are pleased to announce that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will host a regional, 50,000 SF facility at Yourland. USCIS is the federal government agency that oversees the immigration and swearing in ceremonies of all new US citizens. The USCIS swore in over 24,000 new citizens last year! It is an extremely moving ceremony with people from all over the world participating.

Our goal is to put together people, businesses and entities so that they can be greater than the sum of their parts. We imagine 4 or 5 groups in each of the represented uses - each not duplicating, but complimenting each other.

Martha + Mary is the developer of this project. It is a being entity that began with a search for happiness. That search lead to art, lead to faith, lead to experiencing and providing space. It is the sincere hope of Martha + Mary to be a destination of goodness and hospitality - two wonderful qualities of humanity and our region.
