4404 is situated at the northwest corner of Central Avenue and Turney Road in Phoenix, Arizona.  What once was a music pawn shop and beauty school sits a project of hospitality, goods and, hopefully, at its best, good.  Lux Coffeebar was first to open, followed by Pane Bianco.  Sloane McFarland, an artist, and principal of Martha + Mary, the owner/developer of 4404, has maintained a studio and general office in the project since its inception.
